2. Pre-Delivery Requirements
2.1 Where We are arranging finance on Your behalf (whether hire purchase, lease, contract hire, conditional sale, or other credit arrangement), We will not release the Vehicle until We have received:
(a) a fully completed and signed finance agreement executed by all required parties;
(b) satisfactory proof of Your identity and address
(c) any deposit or advance payment in full cleared funds; and
(d) any additional documentation required by the Lender.
2.2 Where You are funding the purchase through Your own lender or purchasing the Vehicle outright, We will not release it until We have received the full purchase price in cleared funds, whether paid by You or a third party acting on Your instructions. This is consistent with clause 8.1 of Our Terms and Conditions.
2.3 It is Your responsibility to ensure that all financial documentation is correct and that You have agreed to the terms and conditions of any funding company, including any fees and excess mileage charges where applicable, in accordance with clause 7.2 of Our Terms and Conditions.
3. Delivery and Collection
3.1 We will deliver the Vehicle to a single address of Your choosing within mainland England, Scotland, or Wales at no additional charge unless otherwise stated on Your order confirmation.
3.2 If You require delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or any other location outside the British mainland, an additional delivery charge may apply. We will agree to this cost with you in writing beforehand. Alternatively, You may collect the Vehicle from Our premises at no extra cost.
3.3 Where the Vehicle is sent to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man, You are solely responsible for any customs formalities, import duties, or registration requirements in Your local jurisdiction.
3.4 Once all pre-delivery requirements have been met, We will contact You to agree on a delivery date. Where no specific timeframe has been agreed, delivery will take place within a reasonable time, not exceeding 180 days, in accordance with clause 3.1 of Our Terms and Conditions.
3.5 We shall not be liable for any losses incurred, directly or indirectly, by a delay in the delivery of the Vehicle, and You will not be entitled to terminate or rescind the contract unless the 180-day period referred to in clause 3.4 above has elapsed.
3.6 If You prefer to collect the Vehicle, collection is available by appointment only from Our premises. You or Your representative must bring photographic identification and a copy of the order confirmation.
3.7 Where more than one Vehicle has been ordered as part of a single contract, delivery may be carried out in installments in accordance with clause 3.2 of Our Terms and Conditions.

5. Inspection and Acceptance
5.1 Upon delivery or collection, You must thoroughly inspect the Vehicle, including bodywork, interior, tyres, glazing and all fitted accessories. You should also confirm that all documents, keys and equipment listed on the order confirmation have been provided.
5.2 Any damage, defect, missing item, or discrepancy must be clearly recorded on the Delivery Note before signing. In addition, in accordance with clause 3.2 of Our Terms and Conditions, any claims for damages or shortages must be notified to Us in writing within seven (7) days of delivery.
5.3 If You do not note an issue on the Delivery Note or notify Us in writing within seven days of delivery in accordance with clause 5.2, no claim for damages or shortages will be valid, as set out in clause 3.3 of Our Terms and Conditions. This does not affect Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5.4 If You cannot be present, You may nominate someone to accept delivery on Your behalf. You must notify Us of their name in advance. Their inspection and signature will be treated as Your own and We accept no liability for any failure by Your representative to identify or record any issue.
6. Failed Deliveries and Storage
6.1 If neither You nor Your authorised representative is available at the agreed time, the delivery will be treated as failed. We may charge You Our reasonable costs for the unsuccessful attempt, including driver time, fuel and return expenses. Nothing in this clause limits Our rights under clauses 9.1 or 15 of Our Terms and Conditions.
6.2 We will not rearrange delivery until any charges from a failed attempt have been paid. If You need to reschedule, please contact Us at least 48 hours before the agreed date.
6.3 If You fail to take delivery of the Vehicle within seven (7) days of confirmation that it is ready, We reserve the right to store the Vehicle on Our own premises or with a third party. Any storage costs incurred will be passed on to You, in accordance with clause 13 of Our Terms and Conditions.
7. Risk, Title and Insurance
7.1 Risk in the Vehicle passes to You at the point of delivery or collection, in accordance with clause 5.1 of Our Terms and Conditions.
7.2 For the avoidance of doubt, the passing of risk does not necessarily mean that legal or equitable title in the Vehicle has also passed to You. Title in the Vehicle is governed by clause 6 of Our Terms and Conditions, which provides (among other things) that property in the Vehicle will not pass until full payment has been received.
7.3 You must ensure that appropriate motor insurance is in place before taking delivery. We may ask to see evidence of insurance before releasing the Vehicle.
8. Maintenance and Warranty
8.1 Following delivery, it is Your responsibility to maintain the Vehicle in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule, as detailed in the Vehicle’s handbook.
8.2 Any warranties or guarantees offered by the manufacturer will be transferred to You wherever possible, in accordance with clauses 4.1 and 4.2 of Our Terms and Conditions. Both parties agree to comply with the terms of any such warranty. This does not affect Your statutory rights as a consumer.
8.3 We shall not be responsible if any warranty is invalidated due to failure to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modification.
8.4 For used vehicles, any warranty provided by Us is in addition to Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Cancellation
9.1 Should You cancel, extend or delay delivery, or fail to take delivery at the agreed time (or within a reasonable time if no specific timeframe has been agreed), the provisions of clause 9 of Our Terms and Conditions shall apply. This may include liability for any resulting loss, damage or expenses incurred by Us, including loss of profit.
9.2 We may cancel the contract in the circumstances set out in clause 9.2 of Our Terms and Conditions, including force majeure events. In such cases, We will notify You in writing before the Vehicle has been supplied.
9.3 Where any deposit has been paid, it will be dealt with in accordance with clause 10 of Our Terms and Conditions.
10. General Provisions
10.1 This Policy forms part of Our Terms and Conditions of Sale and is supplementary to them. In the event of conflict, the Terms and Conditions of Sale shall prevail.
10.2 This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
10.3 Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any rights You may have under consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (as amended).
